| saturday: got mildly ill sunday: recovered. got an inquiry from a potential new voiceover client which helped re-energize. doesn't happen nearly as oft as i'd like. current: skipping usual early morning routine per slight bed soreness, should be gone by end of day. recording is going well. legacy songs selected for official release in some theoretical future: loophole, plague. tracks for each of these are almost finished being laid down. otherwise, new songs from scratch. fascinated with corollaries between beats - hiphop and industrial, especially old-school... also between ancient celtic and chinese instruments... hoping to lay down as much stuff as possible between now and early november, at which point i'll be in europe for a bit then coming back with fresh ears, perhaps changing gears over to recording vocals. no idea when i'll be able to afford putting out another record, but keeping all that out of mind for now. all the more reason to take time and keep it real. more details coming as pertinent, will be hitting up certain folks for help and/or opinions as rough mixes get incrementally laid down. trying to get more people involved (guests, per se) in the making of the songs nowadays.
